• Advertiser must have a valid e-mail address to join our program.
• Advertiser Order will be processed after payment is received.
• Advertiser represent and warrant that none of the content You provide for advertising infringes upon any third party's rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights) or is defamatory, libelous, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.
• CashFromOffers.com reserves the right to deem any content or Web site inappropriate based on reasonable Internet business standards as they may evolve.
• CashFromOffers.com will track critical information regarding Clicks. Based on this information, CashFromOffers.com will provide You with informational reports and analyses. All statistics kept by CashFromOffers.com are considered final.
• CashFromOffers.com does not collect information about an Advertiser's customer's transactions, other than what it receives through the installed tracking code. Advertiser agree and acknowledge that it is normal to have a certain amount of system downtime and agree not to hold CashFromOffers.com liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions.
